Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service and users of All Time High (ATH) (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)
① "All Time High (ATH)" refers to a web-based wallet service for storing, sending, and receiving ATH digital assets.
② "User" refers to a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
③ "Member" refers to a person who has provided personal information, registered, and may continuously use the Service.

Article 3 (Changes to Terms)
① The Service may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws.
② When amending, the effective date and reason will be posted as a notice.

Article 4 (Services Provided)
① The Service provides the following:
1. ATH digital asset wallet address creation and management
2. ATH digital asset sending and receiving
3. Mining sales and transaction history inquiry
② Prior notice will be given if service content changes for technical reasons.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)
① Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failure, or communication issues.
② Prior notice will be given in principle; post-notification may apply in urgent cases.

Article 6 (Membership)
① Users apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
② Registration may be refused in the following cases:
1. False, omitted, or erroneous registration information
2. Cases deemed significantly disruptive to service operation

Article 7 (Account Management)
① Members are responsible for managing their account credentials.
② Members must not provide their credentials to third parties.
③ If unauthorized use of an account is detected, the operations team must be notified immediately.

Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users must not:
1. Register false information
2. Use another person's information
3. Modify information on the Service without authorization
4. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties
5. Damage the reputation of or interfere with the Service or third parties

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
① The Service is not responsible for changes in the value of digital assets.
② The Service is not responsible for damages arising from user negligence.
③ The Service is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or hacking.

Article 10 (Legal Notice)
All gains and responsibilities related to digital asset investment are solely the user's. The Service does not guarantee investment returns.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement, or submitted to the competent court if no agreement is reached.

Article 12 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
